Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone reading the Essential Drops of Joy newsletter!

Despite the ups and downs of the past year, one constant has remained—Young Living Essential Oils. Behind the scenes, hundreds of thoughtful decisions are made each week to ensure the best outcomes for the company and for all of us who depend on it. These decisions include scientific research, sourcing, and operational planning, all of which directly affect our community.

Commitment Through Challenges

One of Young Living’s greatest challenges this past year has been rising operational expenses, particularly fuel costs. Sourcing certain nutrients we do not grow ourselves has also become more difficult. Through it all, the greatest priority has been maintaining the Seed to Seal® standards established by Gary Young—without compromise.

Gary Young had a deeper understanding of plant intelligence than anyone I have ever known. He understood that plants are part of the Earth to serve us—to help elevate our awareness and connect us to a higher consciousness—without sacrificing integrity or pulling us off our true path.

The Intelligence of Plants

Essential oils are called “essential” because plants need them to live. These aromatic liquid compounds are extracted—most often through careful steam distillation at proper temperatures. They are often referred to as the lifeblood of the plant, protecting it from environmental stressors.

In much the same way, essential oils support us and enhance our wellness. Pure, organically grown plants offer everything they have according to their cultivation—nothing added and nothing taken away. The intelligence of the plant is captured in tiny, encapsulated molecules, making it available for us to use in countless ways to enrich our lives.

Learning from Nature

For some, it can take years to fully absorb the wisdom each plant, tree, resin, root, or fruit offers—whether through distillation, tree tapping, or cold-pressing. Using these precious oils daily builds a shelter of protection and allows their hidden gifts to touch every part of our being, including the mind and emotions.

Essential Oils & Creative Abundance

Have you ever used essential oils as a stepping stone to creative abundance? Plants share their higher vibration with us—and we can pass that on to others. Apply essential oils to yourself and give yourself a simple assignment: find something positive in every person you meet. When you do, you help them see it too. Your sincerity and essence will be remembered, and it will uplift them.

Each day, claim your abundance through affirmation. For example:“Lord, I give thanks for the abundance that is mine.”Claim it. Believe it. Show gratitude.

The Power of Affirmation

Affirmations help remove doubt and fear. As you visualize abundance in your hands and take action, the wheels of attraction begin to turn. Action creates results. When members of the Essential Oils community affirm abundance together, the tide shifts—and the entire organization benefits. As we look ahead, I make it my number one goal for 2026 to maintain constant affirmations for abundance, including vibrant health for each and every one of you.
