Dear Young Living Community,
Change is a constant in our personal lives, workplaces, and the world around us. While it can be challenging, it’s also an opportunity for growth. Young Living is navigating changes too, guided by a dedicated team of accountants, statisticians, and attorneys who track global expenses, manage our farms, ensure compliance with international laws, update technology, and operate our state-of-the-art science laboratory. Mary Young, despite her senior years, continues to lead with family values, traveling to support international members, organizing our annual conferences, and bringing enthusiasm to her work every day.
Through careful analysis, Young Living discovered that many of our original members, who joined alongside Gary Young, have either passed away or are now elderly. Some passed their businesses to individuals who lack proper training and are collecting commissions without fulfilling the required work. After reviewing these downlines, Young Living will notify affected individuals, and some may lose their businesses. The company believes it’s unfair for hardworking members to share commissions with those who contribute little.
Your Role in Building a Thriving Business
When you joined Young Living, your training began. You learned to manage your personal website, place orders, share the Young Living mission, and mentor new members. Mentoring is key—new members need guidance to feel included, or they may drift to another leader or company. Stay motivated, creative, attentive, and kind as you help others climb the ranks. Neglecting these values risks losing members to competitors.
The COVID-19 pandemic stalled many businesses, but now people are eager for new opportunities. Young Living is encouraging growth through contests for enrolling new members. Starting now, Executives through Gold ranks must enroll one new member per month or reactivate a lapsed member to maintain their bonuses. Check your website for members who’ve let their memberships lapse—reactivating them counts toward this requirement.
Gary Young was passionate about empowering people, especially women, to achieve financial independence. By helping others succeed, you increase your own income. You don’t have to do this alone! Collaborate with your team to strategize, attend events, host gatherings, or share Young Living through blogs and social media. Whatever your approach, we’re here to support you and welcome your feedback.
Update on Tariffs and Global Challenges
The ongoing tariff negotiations with countries like China, Canada, and Mexico are complex, but progress is being made. Beyond tariffs, the U.S. is addressing critical issues, such as stopping the flow of drugs from China through Mexican cartels into Canada and the U.S. These drugs threaten an entire generation with health issues, addiction, and broken families. For example, the U.S. uncovered a Canadian bank laundering $1.6 billion in drug money, highlighting the deeper issues tied to these negotiations.
Historically, the U.S. relied on tariffs until 1913, when taxes shifted the burden onto citizens. Today, tariffs have generated over $6 billion, with some countries struggling to match U.S. rates. President Trump has paused negotiations to allow time for resolutions, aiming for fair agreements. Past administrations promised action but didn’t deliver—change is happening now, and it’s a process. Stay optimistic, as God is in control.
A Final Thought
Zig Ziglar said, “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” Work as a team, embrace the principles of prosperity, and let’s build a brighter future together.
Sincerely,
Maria

Testimonial:
As a youngster, I grew up in an environment where people smoked. Throughout my life, I would have respiratory episodes. These were very stressful times. I learned about Eucalyptus from a Young Living member and decided to give it a try, not sure what to expect. Finally, I got relief in a very short time. I have used it many ways, by applying it on my throat and chest. It even helped when applied to the feet. When in need, I simply sniff it from the bottle. I find the fragrance very uplifting and agreeable to me. I am so grateful for the oil of Eucalyptus and for the fact that the product is organic and pure, so I don’t have to worry about quality. I have also experienced an improvement in my environment when using it in the diffuser. This oil brings great relief and comfort to me.

Everyday Use of Eucalyptus Essential Oil:
Ear Inflammation: Place one drop of Eucalyptus oil under and around the ear to reduce inflammation. This may also stimulate the vagus nerve, which supports hearing. Trace the Eustachian tube down the neck to relieve pressure. For added stress relief, combine with one drop of Melaleuca oil.
Sinus Infection: Massage one drop of Eucalyptus oil into the sinus area to alleviate infection and promote relief.
Hay Fever: Rub 2–3 drops of Eucalyptus oil between your palms, then take deep breaths to inhale the aroma. Apply one drop directly or diluted with a carrier oil around the eyes to reduce inflammation. If the eyes are sensitive, apply Lavender oil first to calm the area or blend it with Eucalyptus. Adding Frankincense to the blend can further soothe inflammation or irritation around the eyes.
Eye Support: Apply Eucalyptus oil alone or blended with a carrier oil to the liver area, as the liver is connected to eye health in holistic practices. You may also find it helpful to massage the feet and ankles. For congestion or bronchitis, apply Eucalyptus oil to the chest and upper back.
